Your Diagnosis is the Label.
We Are the Manual.
We don’t do hacks. We build what works.
Therapy often explores your past. Coaching often focuses on habits. We focus on your real-world operating system. If you have been told to “try harder”, “use a planner”, or “give it time”, and you are still hitting burnout, brain fog, and inconsistent focus and attention, it is not a character flaw.
You do not need another generic hack.
You need a map of your cognitive ergonomics and a system you can actually use.
You have a label. Now you need a map.
A diagnosis can explain a lot. It does not automatically solve:
work performance that keeps slipping
relationships strained by overwhelm
tasks that feel “simple” for others but cost you everything
fatigue, shutdown, brain fog, or constant recovery mode
That is where we come in. We bridge the gap between a clinical label and your actual life. Our virtual support services focus on daily functioning, cognitive ergonomics, and sustainable systems for the real world, including periods of burnout, long COVID, and menopause when cognition and energy can shift.
Each of our programmes is built to deliver specific breakthroughs, including:
a clear baseline of your current functioning in the areas of memory, processing, attention, focus, and sensory modulation.
a “mismatch map” showing what is draining you (work, home, communication, sensory, task design)
specific adjustments for the workplace that reduce load and increase follow-through
a plan that leverages your strengths, pinpoints your vulnerabilities, and honors your capacity, energy, and values
Choose the support that matches your needs
