The 9-Week Cognitive Remediation Intensive

Phase 1 rebuilds your internal focus and cognitive control so you can stop operating on autopilot. Phase 2 is an additional option that enables you to master external tools and practices for complete daily organization. First remediate, then accelerate.

Post-Diagnosis Concierge

Getting a diagnosis can take everything you have, then you are expected to instantly know what to do next. This support is a paced, non-rushed space to process what your diagnosis means, reduce shame, and build a practical way forward that works with your brain and body.

Your first appointment is 2 hours, followed by 3 weekly 90-minute sessions.

During that time:We process your diagnosis through a neuroaffirming lens and establish goals.We ensure you understand your report and continue processing identity.Consider the process for if, when, and how to tell others.Process understanding and the journey forward for work, friendship, family, and leisure.We build a realistic plan for supports, routines, and accommodations, with milestones you can actually maintain.
